These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Alex Acupuncture (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking, attending an appointment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to the provision of acupuncture and related complementary therapy services, including any consultation, treatment, or related advice.
By booking a session, you enter into a legally binding agreement for the provision of services.
3. Appointments, Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will be charged the full session fee.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are late, the session may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
4. Fees and Payment
Prices are those in effect at the time of booking.
Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking.
Cancellation fees must be paid upon request.
5. Packages (if applicable)
Where treatment packages are offered:
Packages are valid for 90 days from purchase
Sessions must be used within this period
Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed
6. Provision of Services
All services are subject to availability.
We provide services with reasonable skill and care in accordance with professional acupuncture practice standards in Spain.
We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete medical and health information
Inform us of any relevant medical conditions or treatments
Inform us if you have had Botox or dermal fillers in the past 4 months (treatment may need to be postponed)
Follow aftercare advice provided
Failure to provide accurate information may affect treatment safety and outcomes.
8. Health and Nature of Treatment
Acupuncture and related therapies are complementary therapies and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
You understand that:
Results vary between individuals
No specific outcome is guaranteed
You are responsible for seeking medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate for example, serious persistent or worsening medical conditions.
9. Possible Reactions
You acknowledge that some temporary effects may occur, including:
Mild bruising or soreness from acupuncture needles
Temporary redness or marking from cupping or gua sha
Mild skin sensitivity following treatment
These effects are generally short-lived.

11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Misuse of services or aftercare instructions
