What To Expect
Most people feel little to no discomfort during treatment.
You’ll be invited to lie comfortably on a treatment couch in a peaceful space.
Very fine, sterile, single-use needles are gently placed at specific points on the body,
selected to support your needs. The needles are extremely thin—much finer than those
used for injections.
Once the needles are in place, you might notice a mild sensation such as tingling, or a
dull ache, depending on the area being treated. Common sensations include:
Warmth or a feeling of heaviness
A subtle spreading sensation
A sense of deep relaxation
These experiences vary from person to person, but many people become so relaxed
that they drift into a light sleep. The needles are typically left in place for 20–30 minutes
while you rest quietly.
Many people leave feeling calmer on the day. Improvements can take effect at once or
may take a few days.
Some treatments are effective from the first session. Others require a course.
